Heritage HOA Unofficial Meeting Notes - 9-20-2011
3 Board Members present at start of meeting
Michelle our property manager from the RCM summary of repairs:
- 3 Leaks Repaired in community - 1 on Shiloh and 2 near pool
- Pool Lights Repaired
- Gate Lock Repaired
- Pool Deck Pressure Washed
- Car Removed from 77 Way
- Roofs Washed and Swept
- Roofs Repaired where needed - Coastal Roofing
- Repairing Mailboxes in the community has started
- Animal Control called to assist with leash issue and residents dog
- Additional outside lights have been repaired
- Some lights will need additional work
- Fence on Shiloh repaired
Landscape Report:
- Additional Trees have been cut
- Banyan Tree Next
- Additional Budget to replace sod was discussed
- Weed control was discussed
Comcast Contract:
- 40 Units not paying = $2000.00 per month
- Contract can be canceled
- Letter will be sent to each townhome to discuss comcast contract - 90 days notice discussed
- January 1st 2012 will be cutoff if contract is not approved
- Currently Paying $36.00 per unit per month
Discussion of future work and projects:
- Side Walks Pressure Cleaned
- Concrete Grinding
- Fence Repairs Using Reserve Monies
- Metal Root Trim To Be Painted
- Shiloh to be cleaned up
- Discussion of Plumbegos

- Request to HOA BOD to proof read any newletter prior to delivery
