While I applaud the BOD for getting out some communication and providing some facts about our bylaws there appears to be some flawed comments and inference in the current newsletter.
I am attaching my comments by editing the original document. I am also uploading the current restrictions on water use and there is no restriction on washing cars or pressure washing you townhome.
